Yeah, yeah, ham and cheese again. 

But this time I wanted to add a little twist, if for no other reason then to make the kids think they were getting something different.  It seemed to work because all three of them thanked me for the "great" lunch.  And really all I did was follow the sushi roll recipe by rolling out their bread with a pin, spreading mayo on top, layering my ham and cheese and then rolling them into little finger sandwiches which I cut in half. 

:shrug:  Simple stuff.  I guess the little things do make a difference sometimes.
